TOPIC : Debunking the SPIRIT OF FEAR .

Basic texts :" And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked , and I hid myself . " ( Genesis 3 : 10 )"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear , but of power and of love and of a sound mind . " ( II Timothy 1 : 7 )" But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid and , beginning to go to the sink, he cried , saying, Lord , save me ! " ( Matthew 14 : 30 )" And , approaching Jesus touched them , and said , Arise , and be not afraid . " ( Matthew 17 : 7 )" Be not afraid of sudden fear , neither of the wicked when it comes. " ( Proverbs 3 : 25 )" Fear not, for I am with thee: be not dismayed , for I am thy God: I will strengthen you and help you, and uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness . " ( Isaiah 41 : 10 )" When the LORD of hosts himself sanctify , and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread . " ( Isaiah 8 : 13 )

INTRODUCTION

Fear is a global feeling, who has not felt ? How often we encounter our fears , do you remember the horror stories , tales and legends and the Boggart ? What to do when you discover that fear is " a demonic spirit?" I believe all of us since childhood had somehow awakened our fears and developed in such a way that we had our character and our lives influenced by this feeling . Whence comes this? Their effects on us ? Our goal is to unravel what actually is fear and how to confront it in our lives in order to have victory over fear .

WHAT IS FEAR ?

We define fear as it is understood : fear or panic at the possible risk of life or loss . Feeling triggered in adverse circumstances or actual hazards , disruption of soul because of real or imagined events . Fear can unfold in various aspects of spiritual, psychological and social life of human beings .Fear is present in much of society and is an aggravating factor increasing the motives by which the human being feels fear . Many people who have suffered from the fear and trauma syndromes developed that completely changed their lives , such people were cheerful , communicative , outgoing , but when met with his fears all changed and their lives become a prison .

SIGIFICADO WORD OF FEAR .

The Greek word for fear is " phobos " or " phobos " , according to Greek mythology , Phobos ( Fear ) is a son of the god of gods Ares and Goddess Aphrodite, Phobos is the twin brother of Deimos ( Terror ) , we know that one of the definitions for the demons are gods , this shows us the evil side of fear .

FEAR IN THE HOME: YOUR FIRST MANIFESTATION

Genesis 3 : 6-10" The woman saw that the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eyes , and desirable for gaining wisdom tree , she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her and he ate . And the eyes of them both were opened , and they knew that they were naked , and sewed fig leaves together , and made themselves aprons . And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day : and Adam and hid his wife from the LORD God among the trees of the garden . And the LORD God called unto Adam , and said unto him , Where art thou ? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked , and I hid myself . "When the first man and woman fell in direct transgression against God within their souls arose all feelings contrary to the pure nature which man was created . We know that the devil is the true source of evil and of all that is bad in society and the action of lying and deception of the devil brought these distorted feelings of the soul so that man should be governed by such feelings .There in the garden of Eden , the man 's eyes were opened and they saw completely different things of heavenly things from the point of view of a man fallen from the grace of God , ie , carnal, even there the man experienced emotions that did not originally had , such as the "shame " and " fear." The fear came from the man counting with sin , then fear is the consequence of sin .Fear triggered in human life , many other things , one of them is the fact that man today is running away from God in fear of God and to be confronted by him . The idea of a God who punishes sin caused the man to develop theories that deny the existence of a creator God and live in a way that would not need to be accountable Him
FEAR IN THE LIFE OF MAN .

Fear can bring various disorders in human life , there are people who can even find normal thinking it is a defense of the soul , but the truth is that fear is a result of corruption of the soul .Fear opens loopholes in man if not repaired may never act to cure this person , fear looks like the multi-headed beast , because the people can stay subdued under many phobias , ie fears . For example , fear of people , fear of being alone , fear of enclosed places , fear of animals , fear of death , fear of not achieving your goal , fear of heights, fear of the dark , afraid to relate , afraid to speak in public and many other manifestations of fear making one's life a real torment. The terror, panic and persecution mania are always near Fear . It is true that fear puts the person in a state of alert, but in this alert state the person may fall into several mistakes , so supposedly sees or hears .Fear can come from inside or outside according to the circumstances , fear can come from within through fears , worries and anxieties . The fear comes out of the sense of impending danger that supposedly the person is , therefore, with this feeling a person is more vulnerable to attack by Satan ." But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid and , beginning to go to the sink, he cried , saying, Lord , save me ! " ( Matthew 14 : 30 )This verse from Matthew draws our attention to a tremendous extent , because in a great act of faith Peter is proof of Jesus saying, " if it be thou , bid me come unto thee on the water walking " , who would dare to do this but the impetuous Peter ? And this act he was called by Jesus to walk on water and he walked , but when he left the focus of Jesus Peter began to sink because what strengthened their faith out of the field of his vision , giving way to another feeling replace the faith, namely , the fear that moment came on faith , because his vision was in the circumstances and in rough seas . This is the real purpose of fear replace our trust and faith , leaving us wide open malignant arrows .

FEAR WHICH paralyzes .

Many of us have had strange dreams among many there are those in which the person dreams trying to get away from something scary , but can not get out of the place and the feeling of fear is terrible , sometimes even sleeping also have the feeling of being agreed with feeling of dread that I could not move out or speak a word , this is real fear operating even in our dreams and in this way it becomes clear that these conditions are under satanic attack.Several people have the paralyzing fear that speaking not only in dreams but also as their everyday life , people who can not speak in public and when they try to catch and get stuck , add all of your head making the person unable to develop their carreias in area relationship with the public .This feeling is purely evil and only with God's action can be identified and overcome ." I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me . " ( Philippians 4 : 13 )Of the many words that the Lord spoke to us " fear not " demonstrates the great care and love that God has for us , it really means not being afraid , God always knew that our presence in this world would always be surrounded by challenges and disappointments and wounds , but the continued grace of God has reached us and led us to trust more , believe more independent of what happens around us.

CONFRONTING THE SPIRIT OF FEAR .

We must understand that there is only fear that there is sin, without sin there would be no fear, we can not conform to this feeling as something natural human being, is not , has become part of the fallen nature of man and how we no longer live according to the old nature we have every right to banish the fear of our lives forever through.

 " For God hath not given us the spirit of fear ... " ( II Timothy 1 : 7 )Look what God is telling us through the apostle Paul , He has not given us a spirit of fear, if God has not given us the spirit of fear who's working with fear in our lives ? The answer can only be : The devil . The word of God makes it clear in Hebrews 2 : 14 , that the devil had the power of the empire of death and as we know, all distorted feelings of the soul are part of the empire of death so every feeling being ruled by demons .So how to confront the spirit of fear? This is done very simply , it is first necessary to identify this spirit in our lives and then fight it out in the name of Jesus , it is demon will then have to leave the name of the Lord Jesus Christ ." And these signs shall follow them that believe : In my name shall they cast out devils, speak with new tongues; " ( Mark 16 : 17 )" Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall hurt you . " ( Luke 10 : 19 )Every servant of God has power and authority to confront evil in his own life and in others so that we can defeat the enemy forces with the mighty name of Jesus , this word is quite clear to the servants of God, then under this understanding , we now put on their power and expel all demons that oppress us .

THE MANY FACES OF FEAR .

Besides the many phobias , the fear we see unfold on many faces , clearly with the intention of adapting the life situations of the people , we have the insight that Satan is behind all the feeling that oppresses human being somehow such faces are :

TERROR - This can happen when a person is under great danger or threat, it can also happen through visions of the spiritual world when people see terrible and evil things ." His confidence shall be rooted up his tent , where he is trusted, and this will make walking to the king of terrors . " (Job 18 : 14 )" My heart is sore pained within me : and the terrors of death have fallen on me . " (Psalm 55 : 4 )" You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day " (Psalm 91 : 5 )Here we see terror as a personification of a person charged with terrorizing men , so that we recognize these terrors as demonic spirits .

DREAD - Another face of fear is the fear , people are terrified by anything , not even leaves the unbalanced person .

 " That is why snares are round , and sudden fear troubles you , " (Job 22 : 10 )" Terrors take it as waters ; . Evening snatches the storm " (Job 27 : 20 )" And what will happen on the day that the LORD come to give thee rest from thy sorrow , and from thy fear , and from the hard bondage that made you serve, " ( Isaiah 14 : 3 )

PANIC - This feeling is another face of fear , but this makes the person who is the victim completely off balance and because of this one can do crazy things to try to get rid of the object of his panic . What is known with regard to panic is the " panic syndrome " in which the victim says stalked by an unseen force or sees people as their pursuers ."A thousand shall flee to a scream , and cry all five you shall flee , till ye be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as the flag on the hill . " ( Isaiah 30 : 17 )

HORROR - Another face of fear , in which the person may be a fear to others, or even people shudder , it brings in the idea of disturbance of mind by seeing that ." My heart panted , horror terrifies me ; . Wanted that night , I became in awe " ( Isaiah 21 : 4 )

WONDER - This is a feeling of fright and disorder so if you see or hear , it also brings in the idea of ​​doing something so terrible stand back and traverse the path .

 " As well as the fear that is high , and terrors in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish , and the grasshopper shall be a burden , and perish appetite , because man goeth to his long home , and the mourners go about the streets: " ( Ecclesiastes 12 : 5 )" Came upon me, and trembling , and all my bones to shake . " (Job 4 : 14 )

HOW CAN OVERCOME FEAR .

God in His Word gives us great strategies to overcome fear , but fear is an enemy to be overcome , we can not prostrate ourselves before him in some way , in the book of Proverbs the word of God tells us :" Over all that , guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. " ( Proverbs 4 : 23 )The importance of keeping the heart is one of the ways to overcome fear , because all the feeling goes to the heart is pumped paras other parts of the soul , as the blood is pumped throughout the body.Another wonderful way to overcome fear is love , look what God says in the book of I John :" In love there is no fear (fear ) , but perfect love casts out fear (fear ), because fear (fear ) has to do with punishment , and who fears is not made ​​perfect in love . " (I John 4 : 18 )What a precious promise of God for us , that perfect love casts out fear or dread that we may live a free life before God .We read in God's word a story of a man of God Jehoshaphat received a notice saying that his enemies came to make war with him , when he heard that he feared , ie , got scared and went to get the help of the Lord and look what happened on 2 Chronicles 20 : 1-4 ; 14.15" And it came to pass after this, the children of Moab , and the Ammonites , and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle .Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat , saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea and Syria , and behold, they are in Hazezontamar , which is Engedi .Jehoshaphat feared , and set himself to seek the LORD , and proclaimed a fast throughout all JudahAnd Judah gathered themselves together , to ask help of the LORD: even out of all the cities of Judah they came to seek the LORD .Then came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation , upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah , son of Benaiah , the son of Jehiel , son of Mathania , a Levite of the sons of Asaph ,And he said , Hearken ye , all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem , and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours, but God. "With heart fearing for his life and for the people , Jehoshaphat cried out to the living God and God through a prophet calmed the hearts of the people to not fear anyone because God was in that battle , so they rested God and believed his word and fear gave way to praise and faith and thus they saw their enemies are destroyed for the glory of the name of the Lord .

PRAYER FOR RELEASE SPIRIT OF FEAR .

The yoke of fear is a terrible weapon used by Satan to trap many lives , this yoke is generally rises put people through curses launched specific spirits of fear is sent as a mission to keep people stuck to fear . Through spiritual war we stand against such evil forces , powerful weapons God in God to overcome the devil and his angels ." For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, " ( II Corinthians 10 : 4 )God always promises us victory over Satan , that is, through the name of Jesus. With prayer we can express the spiritual decree that breaks the yoke of fear of our lives . We pray this prayer :Father at this time I go into thy presence , and pray you give me strength to fight the spirit of fear that has afflicted me , takes me now with power and authority in the name of Jesus Christ. I now take authority over the demon of fear that afflicts me and break all your power over me , and in the name of Jesus I command you spirit of fear out of my life now in the name of Jesus Christ , never to return and declare I'm afraid the book in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth ." Fear not , for I am with thee: be not dismayed, for I am thy God : I will strengthen you and help you, and uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness . " ( Isaiah 41 : 10 )We have an all-powerful and able to deliver us from all fear that may arise in our soul , just as only God we trust his word . Men and women dared to believe and overcame adverse circumstances through faith in a God who can not lie . God wants us free from fear , but he also expects our step or initiative , and now what do we do ? Come stay curved face of fear or we will make it disappear from our lives forever .We are certain that victory comes when we take the initiative to be a winner , we will make the decision to live free from fear in the name of Jesus Christ.
